Your responsibilities will range from preparing high-quality beverages to maintaining cleanliness and inventory. Regular weekend shifts and frequent customer engagement are integral to this role, where you will help create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring health and safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare all kinds of drinks including coffee, mocktails, refreshers. Help in creating monthly drink specials. Support food preparation tasks when needed, including basic food handling and beverage service to enhance guest experience. Provide excellent customer service with frequent interaction. Handle cash transactions accurately. Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed. Maintain equipment and perform routine cleaning duties. Take and process customer orders efficiently. Ensure quality control of food and beverages. Adhere to health and safety compliance standards. Required Qualifications 1+ years experience in food and beverage service. Strong customer service skills with an outgoing personality and positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or service. Preferred Qualifications Espresso machine operation Strong customer service skills Cash handling proficiency Knowledge of food safety standards Effective time management Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask efficiently Collaborative team player
