Rogue Coffee Company is a mobile coffee trailer based in Wallingford, CT, but serving various locations throughout CT. In this role, you'll craft delicious beverages, ensure the coffee trailer runs smoothly and efficiently, and uphold the highest standards of coffee craftsmanship and food safety. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of hot, cold and blended beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS system (Square) to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change while maintaining accuracy in cash handling. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee trailer, including prep stations and equipment, adhering to the highest food safety and sanitation standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly without sacrificing quality or friendliness. When there is downtime, restock supplies, clean the workspace, and keep up with dishes. Requirements Prior experience as a Barista or in food service is highly preferred; familiarity with food truck operations is a plus and hourly pay may reflect this experience. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with retail sales transactions is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations. Knowledge of or willingness to learn and adhere to food handling procedures, beverage preparation techniques, and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours effectively. Must be able to lift 50 pounds - Trailer/generator set up will be taught and is a requirement for this position. Must provide own transportation to and from various event locations throughout CT. Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 25.0 per week
