Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take customer orders and prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, pastries and other menu items according to our recipes and standards
• Operate the Aloha POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Assist with food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches or pastries
• Upsell products and promote sales to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
