Job Summary:

As a Barista Store Leader at Coffee Rush, you will be responsible for delivering the exceptional Coffee Rush experience to our customers through friendly interactions, handcrafted beverages, and maintaining a welcoming environment. We are looking for a candidate that is wanting to grow into management over the next three months.

What You'll Do :

Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting Coffee Rush's culture, values, and mission. Arrive on time for shifts and maintain consistent attendance. Deliver attentive, cheerful, and timely customer service. Learn customer names and drinks. Multi-task effectively, performing various tasks within the store during each shift. Prepare beverages and food products. Maintain a clean environment and adhere to all health codes. Maintain a positive attitude and embrace change positively. Ability to direct the work of others. Helps employees to engage in the sales and profitability of the store. Assists with new employee training and giving encouraging coaching as needed. Oversees daily operations, ensures a smooth workflow and motivates team members to deliver the best service possible.
