Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any questions or special requests Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety guidelines Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed to support overall café operations Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Skills Previous barista experience with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service standards Familiarity with POS systems for retail transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing Food safety knowledge and experience in food handling or food preparation in a café or food industry setting Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours effectively Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages.
