Madruga Bakery, located in Coral Gables, is seeking a great addition to our front counter team. We are a craft bakery and cafe dedicated to creating delicious baked goods, breads, sandwiches, beverages and more using the best ingredients we can find. Equally, we strive to create an incredible guest experience and provide genuine customer service and hospitality. We are looking for a new team member who will take part in working the front and assisting customers. We are a very busy bakery, and this is a very fast paced environment. Shifts are typically 8-9 hours, Wednesday

• Sunday (Closed Monday and Tuesday) between the hours of 7am and 4pm. Base pay starts at $14 and is based on experience, with additional tip compensation typically between $6
• 10 an hour. We are looking for part and full time employees. Weekend Availability required. The ideal candidate would bring the following:

• A positive attitude and ability to work well with others Job responsibilities include:
• Assisting customers choosing food and pastry options, and checking them out at the register
• Fulfilling orders
• Bussing tables and keeping the front of house area consistently clean
• Fulfilling sidework, including, but not limited to: organizing pastries, building boxes and organizing packaging materials, cleaning area and tools used
• Working with a team to ensure all customers are acknowledged and served with great hospitality Full time and part time positions available.
