Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, process cash transactions, and handle credit card payments efficiently Serve food items promptly, ensuring proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, tables, equipment, and food prep zones, adhering to food safety standards Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations Manage retail sales transactions smoothly while balancing cash drawers at shift end Support team members during busy periods by assisting with beverage preparation, serving duties, or cleaning tasks as needed Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly preferred; barista experience is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service techniques and non-alcoholic drink preparation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales and transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing payments accurately Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Experience in retail sales transactions is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences and outstanding customer care!
