This role goes beyond making drinks. You'll be part of shaping the experience, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and creating a welcoming presence for every customer. Responsibilities Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha, and chai to consistent standards Dial in espresso and maintain quality throughout shifts Provide friendly, attentive customer service Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Restock supplies and support daily setup/closing tasks Work efficiently during busy periods without compromising quality Experience Previous barista experience required Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Interest in coffee and hospitality
