Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate cash handling. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
