Job Summary We're opening a brand-new coffee shop in Juno Beach, close to the beach, and we're looking for friendly, energetic, and motivated people to join our opening team! You don't need to be an experienced barista, polish your knowledge and get you to be the best. We can teach you the coffee. What we're looking for is someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in learning. Our coffee shop will be a fun, upbeat place serving specialty coffee, breakfast, lunch, smoothies, healthy drinks, and more to local regulars, beachgoers, exercise enthusiastics, and the working community. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Barista, you'll learn how to: Prepare specialty coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced coffee Learn to use an espresso machine and coffee grinder Prepare smoothies, juices, healthy drinks, and other beverages Take customer orders and process payments Provide friendly and welcoming customer service Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and stocked Help prepare the cafe for opening and closing Work with the team during busy breakfast and lunch periods Learn our recipes and follow beverage standards Get to know our regular customers and create a welcoming experience Help keep the cafe looking clean, fresh, and inviting We'll provide training. What matters most is that you're willing to learn and excited to get better.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and outgoing Energetic and positive Reliable and punctual morning person Willing to learn Comfortable talking with customers A team player Able to work in a fast-paced environment Organized and pays attention to details Takes pride in keeping things clean Restaurant, retail, customer service, or food-service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.

It is a morning and daytime position. Morning and weekend availability. We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants, depending on availability.
