Overview Join our team as a Barista and Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create a welcoming environment in the Florida Keys. In this role, you'll make delicious non-alcoholic beverages, serve food and drinks and ensure each customer experience is memorable. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service skills, master POS systems, and contribute to a thriving community ! What you'll be doing: Making coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies & other menu items Taking orders and handling the register/POS Preparing simple breakfast & food items Keeping the trailer clean, organized, and stocked Providing friendly, upbeat customer service Helping with opening/closing duties Working as part of a small, fast-paced team Experience Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly desirable; barista experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
