Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and providing personalized service to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures consistently to ensure quality and safety Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations Support food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling food items or snacks in accordance with health guidelines Qualifications Prior barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for transactions Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a lively team where your passion for coffee and service makes a difference!
