Full Job Description BARISTA:

We are searching for a barista with a minimum of (1) year of experience working in the Specialty Coffee Industry. We prioritize candidates that enjoy delighting customers through excellent customer service. Candidates must have expert knowledge and experience working with espresso machines, including: Dialing in Espresso. Pulling shots of Espresso. Milk Steaming. Latte Art. Working in a high volume environment.

Additional responsibilities include:

Food Prep. Batch coffee prep. Register/cashier duties. Assisting with wholesale operations. Applicants with SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) certifications and more than (2) years of experience will be reviewed and considered for higher level positions.
