The Senior Barista will prepare coffee, tea, boba, and specialty beverages, support and guide team members, maintain café equipment, assist with inventory, and help ensure smooth service during busy periods. Key Responsibilities Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, boba, and specialty beverages according to café standards Prepare boba and other specialty drink components according to established recipes Maintain consistent beverage quality, flavor, presentation, and portion standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, tea equipment, and other café equipment safely Support and guide baristas and other beverage-service team members Assist with training new team members on recipes, equipment, preparation procedures, and service standards Welcome guests and provide friendly, knowledgeable service Answer questions about coffee, tea, boba, ingredients, and menu options Take orders accurately and operate the POS system Process cash, card, and other payments accurately Monitor coffee, tea, boba, milk, syrups, toppings, cups, and other café supplies Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and supply organization Maintain clean and organized beverage stations, counters, and service areas Clean and sanitize beverage equipment, utensils, counters, and workstations Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Coordinate beverage workflow during busy service periods Assist with opening, closing, and daily café cleaning procedures Report equipment problems, inventory needs, or operational concerns to management Perform other duties assigned by café management Requirements Previous barista, boba shop, café, restaurant, or beverage-service experience Previous senior barista, lead barista, or team-lead experience preferred Knowledge of coffee, tea, boba, and specialty beverage preparation Ability to train and support other team members Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent attention to detail and beverage quality Basic POS and cash-handling experience Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and quality standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine café duties Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Competitive hourly pay Tips where applicable Flexible scheduling options Employee beverage or café discounts may be available Paid training and development opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Additional benefits may be available based on eligibility About the Company Hotline Korea and Boba is focused on providing quality coffee, tea, boba beverages, and friendly hospitality in a welcoming café environment.
