Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their visit Prepare non-alcoholic beverages, smoothies, wraps, and snacks following company recipes and food safety standards Operate POS systems for retail sales transactions and processing cash or card payments accurately Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly sanitizing work surfaces, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food handling protocols Manage retail sales transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate cash handling and register balancing Assist in food preparation tasks including ingredient assembly, portioning, and food safety compliance Support team members during busy periods by multitasking with serving, beverage service, and cleaning duties Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math accuracy Ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the shift, and perform light lifting as needed Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Experience in beverage preparation or barista roles is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable experiences through great food and exceptional service.
