Accepting this role means you are responsible for working front of house, where we serve coffee and tea, and interact with customers, as well as back of house, where we receive and prepare food orders, such as breakfast sandwiches, avocado toasts, yogurt parfaits and lunch sandwiches and wraps. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, lattes and teas. Handle sales transactions efficiently using POS systems Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, seating areas, and equipment Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and responding promptly to inquiries or special requests Process cash and card payments accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities Assist in food preparation tasks such as cooking eggs, assembling sandwiches, grab-n-go products, and serving orders for dine in and take out Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure quality and compliance Benefits Cash and credit card tips Free shift meal and unlimited shift drinks Flexible hours
