Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Handle retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, counters, and seating areas in accordance with food safety standards Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support bakery operations Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during beverage preparation and food handling to uphold quality standards Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred, especially barista experience or coffee industry background Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and giving correct change Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours Previous experience with beverage service or drink preparation is a plus Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest!
