Crema Espresso Gourmet in Dunwoody is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.

Pay:

$14 to $18 per hour + tips Tips typically add approximately $5 to $8 per hour. At Crema, coffee is more than just a drink, it is part of the customer experience. What We're Looking For Previous barista experience required Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and drink consistency Ability to work efficiently during busy rush periods Friendly and confident personality with excellent customer service skills Someone who cares about quality, presentation, cleanliness, and speed Reliable, responsible, and dependable Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Responsibilities Prepare high-quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages Maintain Crema's drink consistency and presentation standards Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service Work the register and handle transactions accurately Assist with light food preparation following health and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized bar and work area Restock supplies as needed Communicate effectively with team members and management Help the team during busy periods wherever needed Schedule Requirements Part-time position Flexible availability Weekend availability required Some holiday availability may be required Reliable transportation required What We Offer Competitive base pay of $14 to $18 per hour Approximately $6 to $8 per hour in additional tips Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work in a busy, established neighborhood café Quality-focused coffee and food program At Crema, skill behind the bar matters, but so does attitude.
