Cafe Le Bon is looking for an experienced, dependable, and fast-paced Barista to join our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great customer service, and is always willing to learn and improve. The ideal candidate should have previous barista or coffee shop experience, be comfortable working in a busy environment, and be able to prepare drinks consistently and efficiently. Experience with latte art is a plus, and we're excited to work with someone who is interested in continuing to develop their skills. Responsibilities include preparing coffee and specialty drinks, taking customer orders, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, restocking supplies, handling food and pastries with care, and providing friendly, attentive service. Cafe Le Bon serves a variety of gluten-free foods and pastries, so attention to ingredients, cleanliness, and avoiding cross-contact is important. Our cafe also has a meaningful mission. Inspired by owner Margo's son, who has autism, Cafe Le Bon is committed to creating opportunities and a welcoming environment for individuals with autism and other members of our community. Pay:

$14-$16 per hour, plus tips.
