Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and providing personalized recommendations Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring quality standards are consistently met Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure guest safety Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience in food industry or café environments is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for coffee meets your desire to create joyful customer experiences!
