Responsibilities Must be 21 years or older Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding experience Operate POS systems (Square) efficiently for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Strong knowledge of POS systems (Square) for efficient transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
