This Job Is:

Qualifications:

Great attendance record Proven working experience as a barista or in the food industry High integrity Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Excellent verbal and multitasking skills Professional manner Job duties include but are not limited to: Warmingly greet incoming and departing guests Maintain standard BOH duties; dishes, cleaning, handling trashes, prep work Prepare Food - crepes, waffles, and other specials with speed and accuracy Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Tidying restrooms and other common areas Receive payments by validating credit charges, approving checks, accepting the currency, calculating and issuing change for all orders Staying up to date with specials, hours of operation as well as take-out and ordering procedures Interact with customers regularly and professionally, maintain positive customer relations Restocking the front of the house things (beverages fridge, napkins, etc) Sweeping & mopping dining area and bussing tables Must be able to: Thrive in a fast-paced environment Walk and stand for prolonged amounts of time Clearly communicate guests' needs to, management and kitchen staff Effectively communicate on the telephone Carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs.) From $13.00/hr ( during training/probational period), $15/hr ( after training completion)

Day shift Wednesdays-Fridays Saturdays & Sundays (REQUIRED)
