What We're Looking For ✅ Minimum 2 years of restaurant, cafe, barista, or hospitality experience ✅ Previous supervisory or shift-lead experience ✅ Strong communication and leadership skills ✅ Positive, professional attitude ✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ✅ Self-motivated, organized, focused, and punctual ✅ Naturally warm and engaging with customers ✅ Takes initiative without needing constant direction ✅ Flexible availability, including some weekends ✅ Looking for a long-term position and opportunity to grow Responsibilities ✅ Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality ✅ Help lead smooth, efficient shifts ✅ Support and communicate with team members throughout the shift ✅ Maintain quality, cleanliness, organization, and consistency ✅ Keep front-of-house and stock areas clean and organized ✅ Assist with opening and/or closing responsibilities ✅ Work closely with the Store Manager to meet daily and weekly goals ✅ Help maintain Pure Juice Cafe standards and create a positive team environment Requirements 2+ years of restaurant, cafe, or barista Previous supervisory or shift-lead experience Illinois Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
