This energetic role combines the art of crafting delicious non-alcoholic beverages with delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing beverages, managing retail sales transactions, maintaining food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee cart area by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and the warehouse space before/after events in accordance with food safety standards. Assist in food handling and preparation tasks to ensure quality standards are met for all beverages and light food items served. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple guests promptly while maintaining high standards of beverage quality and customer care. Experience Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred; familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours and ensure smooth operation.
