A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages at coffee houses or coffee bars. Takes customer orders, serves baked goods and snacks, runs and maintains coffee making equipment and monitors supplies.

Job Description
Enlightenment Coffee creates a welcoming space for the enjoyment of specialty grade coffee and community development. The barista is responsible for creating an enlightening experience for every customer through their positive engagement, coffee crafting, and leaving the customer with a hint of knowledge. Self-motivated, honest, reliable, genuine, proactive, customer obsessed, listener, responsible, organized, and level-headed. If these words describe you, we would love to hear from you. Prior experience is not required. Full training will be provided. Part time position is flexible for morning/afternoon and weekend shifts. Average weekly hours are 20. Morning shift is generally 6:30am
- 11:30am. Afternoon shift is generally 11:15am
- 4:30pm. Saturday shifts are 8:00am
- 2:30pm. Sunday shifts are 8:30am
- 2:30pm.
