We are located on 57 Traveler St and One Merrimac st Boston. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. Responsibilities Cafe staffing Cafe operations Maintain best practises Scheduling Forcasting Staff training Qualifications PIC certification an advantage 1-3 years experience Must know how to make quality espresso based drinks. Must be able to multi task. Work in a busy enviroment Must be able to work unsupervised. Friendly and understanding selling techniques Must have been a skilled barista.
