We're looking for a team member with great energy and strong attention to detail to take charge of our front of house cafe. This role is ideal for someone who loves starting the day with purpose — crafting quality coffee drinks, greeting regulars with a smile, and setting the tone for a smooth, successful day.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrive on time and take full responsibility for café setup, including brewing coffee, stocking pastries, prepping syrups, and organizing the counter. Operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment to prepare consistent, high-quality drinks. Provide friendly, efficient customer service and ensure orders are completed accurately. Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift. Handle transactions quickly and accurately at the register. Communicate any supply needs, maintenance issues, or opening concerns to management. Assist with reset duties before the handoff to the next shift.

Qualifications:

Strong sense of responsibility — memorize recipes, orders and details are a vital part of the job. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working independently during opening or closing hours.
