We're hiring for our front-of-house and barista team to deliver great coffee and great service to our customers every day. What You'll Do
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages to RTB standards
- Take orders, run the register, and serve baked goods and food items
- Keep the café floor, counter, and equipment clean and organized
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and represent RTB's brand What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of café or barista experience preferred
- Motivated candidates without direct experience are encouraged to apply — we're willing to train
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual, with weekend/early-morning availability Pay Commensurate with experience.
