Job Description

Bambu Lowell are looking for responsible individuals who are passionate about coffee, teas, milk teas, boba, smoothies, che (Vietnamese dessert) and desserts. Our baristas/ cashiers should be comfortable in a kitchen setting and be able to multitask.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

Must be able to work WEEKDAY afternoon (12pm to 8pm) and Saturday

WEEKENDS

. Must have a positive attitude, smile and be polite with customers throughout the transaction Looking for friendly, outgoing, energetic and good customer service Must be able to multi-task by taking the customer's order, preparing the order(s) according to specific instructions and the customer requests Must comply to standards set by Bambu & Management and follow directions given by management. Be able to properly use station machinery and equipment. Be able to follow and prepare ingredients for drink menu. Comfortable with cutting and prepping food items for daily use. Ability to understand and educate customers on drink menu. Must maintain a neat and clean beverage station and a presentable work area Ability to maintain and clean work station. Must be able to wash pots, utensil, blenders, etc. Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs. Assist management team with administrative functions and daily food prep during down times Cashier and barista experience is a plus Looking for WEEKDAY afternoon (12pm to 8pm) and Saturday WEEKEND .
