Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit, and mobile payments with attention to detail and accountability. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally. Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning equipment, counters, tables, and food handling surfaces in accordance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed, adhering to proper food handling procedures. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety. Qualifications Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail transactions. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Excellent time management skills to serve customers promptly during peak hours.
