Who we're looking for: Experience working in a coffee shop is preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Square POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and dining areas. Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling practices at all times. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations during transactions. Requirements Previous barista experience or strong knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Experience in food service or the food industry is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety practices.

Priority hiring:

Weekend evening shifts (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) 3PM-8PM and holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, etc,... Part-time | 20-25hr/ week Training pay: $15.25/hr (2 weeks) Official base wage + credit tips: $16-$18/hr

Full Time:
