Job Description
Our Baristas create welcoming experiences for every guest while handcrafting high-quality coffee beverages with care, consistency, and attention to detail. You'll provide exceptional hospitality, prepare beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. We are looking for team members who: Have engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills Have a passion for hospitality and coffee Enjoy working as part of a team and helping wherever needed Live Tatte's core values and support our mission Have flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ideally have at least 1 year of barista experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment
