Our Baristas create welcoming experiences for every guest while handcrafting high-quality coffee beverages with care, consistency, and attention to detail. You'll provide exceptional hospitality, prepare beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards Answer guest questions about coffee and café offerings Operate espresso machines and bar equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station Deliver beautiful, high-quality coffee beverages with consistency Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Passion for hospitality, coffee, and teamwork Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced café environment At least 1 year of experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment is preferred
