Job Summary The number one requirement for this job is fantastic, super-friendly customer service. We are searching for an outgoing , friendly , organized barista with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Barista skills are a plus, but training is available. Our main goal is to find people who are engaging and happy to interact with our large group of regular customers , as well as making our new customers feel welcome and glad they stopped in. We are mostly in need of weekend help but it's a plus if you are available on the occasional weekday. Duties

• All things barista
• prepare all types of drinks, make recommendations, work the register, be knowledgeable about our products
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain standards for cleanliness and hygiene
• Work with the team to create drink specials and new menu items
• All team members are trained in all roles, including sandwich-making and register Experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe is a plus
• Barista skills are a plus
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The Studio is a fun, fast-paced place to work.
