Sweet Hearts Patisserie is currently searching for part time sales associate. Must be able to work weekends : Saturdays & Sundays. $15 / HR + Tips We are a specialty bakery shop selling French Macarons, Cupcakes, Petit Fours, Cake Pops, Custom Cakes, and Coffee. We bake everything from scratch on-site, and handle sales via retail walk-in, telephone, and internet. The Customer Service Associate will focus on the retail operations as well as handling sales from all outlets.

Responsibilities include:

Making espresso drinks. Perform all customer service duties, answer phones, take orders, and package baked goods. Have a thorough understanding of our product line, ingredients used, options available, and special order guidelines. Ensure cleanliness of storefront by completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks. Maintain attractive appearance of all merchandise and product displays, proper arrangement of food displays, and cleanliness and accuracy of all signage. Weekend availability is required for this position.
