Duties Prepare a variety of bubble tea drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently and accurately Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining balanced cash drawers Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering beverage recommendations Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, seating areas, and equipment sanitation Manage retail sales transactions smoothly while ensuring food safety standards are met during beverage preparation Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product quality throughout your shift Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations Knowledge of food handling safety standards and beverage preparation techniques Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively setting while maintaining attention to detail Time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy hours This energetic role invites passionate individuals who thrive in social settings, love crafting beverages, and enjoy delivering top-notch service.
