Unlike typical beverage shops, many of our drinks are prepared fresh throughout the day, which means attention to detail, teamwork, and consistency are very important to us. Job Description We are seeking friendly, reliable Baristas / Tea Makers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing great customer service. In this role, you will prepare drinks, brew fresh tea batches, maintain ingredient freshness, and create a welcoming experience for every customer. Responsibilities Prepare bubble tea and other beverages according to company recipes and standards Brew fresh tea batches and maintain ingredient freshness throughout the day Prepare toppings, fruit, syrups, and other ingredients Take customer orders and provide friendly service Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Assist with opening and closing duties Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must have reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Preferred (But Not Required) Previous experience in bubble tea, café, restaurant, or food service Interest in tea, beverages, or hospitality Why Join Shuyi?
