Fall 2026 Join Our Opening Team! We're looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused baristas to join our brand-new neighborhood coffee shop opening in Fall 2026 in Olney, Maryland. If you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating exceptional coffee and memorable customer experiences, we'd love to meet you. Whether you're an experienced barista or eager to learn, we're looking for team members with positive attitudes and a passion for hospitality. What You'll Do Prepare espresso beverages, brewed coffee, teas, matcha, and specialty drinks Greet every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café Restock supplies and assist with inventory Prepare and serve pastries and other light food items Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit transactions Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability preferred Previous coffee shop or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
