AFM is Ann Arbor's only locally owned and operated Natural and Organic Food Store, celebrating our 47th Anniversary this year, with an emphasis on delivering the freshest and most wholesome preservative-free products on the West Side. We are foodies who love health & wellness and want to share those passions with our neighbors and guests. Our team members create a friendly shopping experience in our store. We answer questions, offer suggestions and ensure our customers know they are welcomed and cared for.

Responsibilities include:

Working in teams to accomplish goals Operating a manual Espresso Machine Operating the Cash Register Creating signage to inform and delight customers Menu development and creativity on the Smoothie/Juice Bar Hosting product samples for customers Helping customers find their favorite products Ordering products and supplies Maintaining accurate costing information in the system Continue to maintain productivity and efficiency goals We are seeking a qualified and reliable Part Time Baristas to showcase their talents in our Health Store Café. Must be passionate about coffee, teas, smoothies and/or juice. Shift hours are 630-3pm and 11-730pm, also with weekend availability. Hours of operations are 7am to 7pm.
