Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and other café offerings with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Clover POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning equipment, counters, tables, and food handling surfaces in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end using proper cashiering procedures Assist in assembling beverages and light food items while adhering to food safety guidelines Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth café operations Experience Prior experience working as a barista is highly preferred Familiarity with beverage service techniques and non-alcoholic drink preparation is essential Experience with POS systems like Clover POS Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing are required Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is important Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
