Whether taking orders at the counter or crafting refreshing bubble teas, you'll play a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience in a lively, fast-paced environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders at the front counter, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere Prepare non-alcoholic beverages, including bubble teas, coffee drinks, and other specialty drinks following established recipes and food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, give correct change, and balance registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, beverage stations, and dining space by following proper cleaning procedures Ensure food handling and beverage preparation meet food safety standards while maintaining quality control Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food prep, drink service, or customer inquiries as needed Skills Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation, including bubble tea and coffee drinks Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Food handling experience to ensure safety and quality in beverage and snack prep Excellent time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Food industry or café experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and excellent service to every guest!
