The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace. This role involves preparing specialty drinks such as Vietnamese coffee, matcha, and oolong tea, as well as handling various retail transactions with professionalism and efficiency. Candidates should be eager to learn, follow recipes carefully, and treat every customer and coworker with respect. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of beverages including Vietnamese coffee, matcha, oolong tea, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and procedures. Process cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems. Handle retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service. Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transaction balancing. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace by cleaning equipment, utensils, and the surrounding area regularly. Assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner. Follow food safety standards and company policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous food service experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Experience with non-alcoholic beverage preparation is a plus. Ability to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems. Basic math skills for handling cash and making change. Strong attention to detail in following recipes and maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
