Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle retail sales transactions with cash, credit/debit cards, ensuring proper cash handling and cash register balancing at shift's end Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, seating areas, and equipment, adhering to food safety standards Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed for quality assurance Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and beverage quality Experience Demonstrated ability to handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in a fast-paced environment Experience with beverage preparation techniques specific to coffee and non-alcoholic drinks is desirable Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
