We are looking for a reliable team member who has good customer interfacing skills. Full training will be provided. Founded in 1999 in Osaka Japan, Beard Papa's, the bakery of the world's best cream puff, is coming to Minnesota! The company has expanded to over 400 stores in 15 countries and territories. We are committed to bringing customers a pastry that is super Oishii! (delicious!). Our first store in Minnesota is located on the 3rd floor at the Mall of America. We are looking for enthusiastic full-time/part-time employees that are responsible, courteous, stable and interested in the food industry. We are looking for server, cashier, barista and people have experience in fast food or bakery business. Full training will be provided. Growth opportunity to move up in management is available.

Responsibilities:

• Introduce the brand and products to customers, assist customers complete orders. Summarize and provide customers' feedback to the product team.
• Demonstrates selling skills through explaining features, taste, prices, quality, and other information, builds the business through providing the ultimate consumer experience.
• Ensures visual standards are appropriate and support the brand image
• Assist on sales strategy.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and boba drinks.

And develop seasonal drinks.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality. Proven interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff, customers, and vendors
• Equipped and confident in utilizing effective communication techniques to engage, build rapport, inform, persuade, and entertain customers to assist in driving sales Nice to have
• Experience in fast serve restaurant
• Marketing experience
