Parlor Doughnuts Rochester is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our Front of House and Barista team ! Previous barista or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person. What You'll Do-- As a Front of House/Barista team member, you'll help create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities may include:

Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly, positive attitude Taking orders and accurately operating our POS system Preparing and packaging doughnut orders Preparing espresso drinks, coffee, cold brew, and other beverages Following beverage recipes and presentation standards Handling in-store and online orders Answering guest questions about our menu Restocking and maintaining Front of House and coffee stations Keeping customer and work areas clean and organized Completing opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities Working efficiently with the team during busy periods Helping in other areas of the store when needed Schedule & Availability Our opening shift begins at 5:30 AM. Front of House and Barista shifts are scheduled within the approximate hours of 5:30 AM-2:30 PM . Because we are an early-morning business, we are especially interested in applicants who have reliable morning and daytime availability . Weekend availability is strongly preferred , as Saturdays and Sundays are some of our busiest days. We're looking for team members who can provide dependable, consistent availability. Availability provided during the hiring process should accurately reflect the hours you are able and willing to work on an ongoing basis.
