Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and high quality cafe food with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We would love someone with a very flexible schedule.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, food & assisting customers with their orders, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. We are looking for someone preferably with experience in the following; barista, team/shift lead, & food service. Weekends & closing shifts are a must. Wage will increase after training period.

• Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions with precision. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Prepare cafe style food items and ensure that all food items are handled according to safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and dining areas. Promote sales by suggesting additional items or specials to customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and food handling practices. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help customers create an enjoyable experience.
