While some team members may start primarily in one area depending on experience level, our ideal candidate is someone excited to learn and grow into all aspects of the cafe experience — from crafting drinks and helping customers at the register to running food and supporting the flow of service during busy shifts. What You'll Do Welcome guests warmly and build relationships with our amazing regulars Craft coffee beverages with consistency and care Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Run food and beverages to guests during service Help create a fun, positive atmosphere for both guests and coworkers Assist with light baking and prep during opening shifts Make scratch syrups and specialty beverage ingredients Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe space Handle cash transactions and operate the register Work alongside our kitchen and service teams to keep things running smoothly Jump in wherever needed — we're a smaller, tight-knit cafe, and everyone helps out as a team, including assisting in the back with dishes, restocking, and keeping service flowing during busy shifts Participate in seasonal beverage and menu creativity Help with occasional private events hosted in our space What We're Looking For Friendly, upbeat, and reliable personalities Someone looking for a long-term position and a team they can grow with Barista experience is a huge plus (but we're happy to train the right people!)
