Job Description
We're looking for a fun, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team. As a barista, you are the first impression guests have when they enter, so a warm smile and positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to quality standards Properly operate and maintain all equipment Respond to guest orders, questions, and concerns in a polite and efficient manner Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions following proper procedures Provide quick and efficient service Maintain a strong knowledge of all menu offerings Follow all health and safety standardsQualifications:
Availability for early mornings Strong multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Comfortable initiating conversation with guests Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative mindsetPay:
