Acola Coffee Company is looking for an experienced, outgoing, and people-focused Lead Barista to join our team! This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and 401(k). What we're looking for: 2+ years of coffee shop, café, or hospitality experience Barista experience preferred Previous leadership or team management experience Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills A team player who leads by example Flexible availability, including weekends Most importantly, we're looking for someone who loves people, great coffee, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
