Overview Join our vibrant team as a Cocktail & Martini Artist, where your flair for mixology and passion for creating memorable beverage experiences will shine! In this dynamic role, you will craft exquisite cocktails and martinis that delight guests and elevate their social moments. Your expertise in beverage presentation, customer service, and efficient service will contribute to an energetic atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. You'll be the artist behind the bar, blending creativity with precision to serve up exceptional drinks with style and enthusiasm. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, martinis, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drink options, and ensure an outstanding customer experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage Square POS system for accurate order processing and transaction handling Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless service Collaborate with team members during busy hours, managing time effectively to serve multiple guests promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or beverage industry, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or catering settings Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, martini techniques, and beverage presentation skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Square for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours using effective time management strategies Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and proper alcohol service regulations Experience with serving at banquets or large events is a plus Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing transactions confidently Join us as a Cocktail & Martini Artist where your creativity fuels unforgettable moments! About Stone Ledge Stone Ledge Distillery and Churchill Cigar Room is located in historic Defiance, MO, in the Ozark Highlands. We feature our own Stowloch® Whiskey and InverXion® Vodka and a selection of spirits, beer and wine from around Missouri. With every drink we celebrate Missouri. Our tasting room is located at 3006 S Hwy 94, Defiance, MO 63341 and is open Monday-Wednesday by appointment, and Thursday-Sunday during posted hours. Group visits can be scheduled outside of regular hours and the facility is available for private event rental. The Churchill Cigar Room is a separate area with air handling and filtration for smoker comfort and to ensure the rest of our facility remains smoke free.
