Currently Sunday & Monday OFF (Weekly schedule runs Tuesday

•Saturday; please note that Sunday/Monday off is not guaranteed permanently, as business growth may dictate expanding operating days in the future, but we will always do our best to accommodate 2 days off per week).

Shift Windows:

Early morning to late afternoon shifts (between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM; store operating hours 6:00 AM

•3:00 PM). About the Role Marigolds is hiring two full-time Front Counter / Baristas to deliver exceptional guest service and run our front-of-house counter. Operating our automatic espresso machinery, managing POS orders, and keeping the guest lobby spotless, you will be a key part of our daily front-counter team.

Key Responsibilities Drink & Counter Service:

Operate our automated espresso machine to craft specialty drinks, brew drip coffee/teas, and serve bakery items accurately and efficiently.

POS & Customer Service:

Greet guests, take orders using our POS system, and handle cash drawer transactions.

Dining Area Maintenance:

Maintain high cleanliness standards across the front counter, dining area, napkin/condiment stations, and restrooms throughout operating hours.

Shift Closing:

Complete afternoon FOH closing procedures, clean coffee stations, and sanitize guest areas. Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or quick-service food/beverage. Standard Food Handler Card required upon hire. Punctual and reliable for early morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM. Warm, energetic demeanor with strong communication skills
